Placing an Order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any Order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons).
You will receive an order confirmation email after successful placement. This does not constitute acceptance until we dispatch the Products.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details provided by you. - Payment

You must inspect the package upon delivery. Any visible damage to the outer packaging should be noted with the delivery agent, and we should be notified promptly. - Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any Order (with a full refund) in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other valid reasons. - Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of decorative and craft Products (many of which may be handmade or fragile):
Returns or exchanges are generally accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect Products, provided you notify us within 48–72 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence (including packaging and the Product).
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Custom, personalised, or sale/discounted items (if any) are typically non-returnable unless defective.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the Customer except in cases of our error or defective Products.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time (typically 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned Product), subject to bank processing times.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
